Current turnaround times are as follow:

• 3-4 business days for purchase submissions for conventional loans.
• 3-4 business days for locked refinances for conventional loans
• 4-5 business days on un-locked files for conventional loans.
• 3-4 business days for FHA
• 24-48 hrs. Conditions Signed off
• 24 hrs Doc service
• 24-48 hrs. Funding/Closing

Turn times will be updated daily at approximately 9:00AM(PST).  To receive faster turn times on your files, please remember to utilize all applicable underwriting options and documentation processes for your loans.
