JMAC Lending offer incentives to our premier brokers which applies to all of our fixed products excluding our Del Mar products. To become a premier broker, you must closed at least 10 or more loans with 80% pull through ratio. This incentive is evaluated every six months.
.125 on top of broker’s compensation plan with 10 or more closed loans.
.250 on top of broker’s compensation plan with 20 or more closed loans.
