Questions homebuyers ask.

Does this cost anything?

No. Asking for a loan officer is free, and sending a request doesn’t commit you to a loan.

Can you tell me my rate?

Your rate depends on your loan, your credit and the property, so it comes from your loan officer once they know your situation.

Do you lend on rental and investment properties?

Yes. JMAC offers loans for investors, including loans that qualify on the property’s rent instead of your income, for purchases, refinances and cash out.

Will this check my credit?

No. This form doesn’t pull your credit or ask for your Social Security number.
