Charles serves as Regional Vice President - TPO West at JMAC Lending, overseeing a team of Senior Account Executives and leading wholesale production across the Western region. With more than 30 years of experience in mortgage lending, he began his career in secondary marketing and has since held leadership roles spanning every major function of the industry. A recognized specialist in Non-QM lending, Charles brings deep expertise in product strategy, capital markets, and sales execution. Known for helping organizations innovate, scale responsibly, and navigate complex market environments while maintaining disciplined operational standards, Charles is driven by building sustainable growth through new market opportunities, high-performing teams, and long-term client relationships, with a consistent focus on execution, accountability, and results. Charles holds an MBA from California Pacific University.
