Questions brokers ask.
How should I check the income limit?
Compare qualifying annual income to 80% of the area median income for the property’s location. Review the eligibility tool and LPA findings for the specific loan.
Do reserves differ for multi-unit properties?
The guide calls for two months of PITIA on two- to four-unit properties, subject to LPA findings. Required reserves must meet the source-of-funds rules.
