The JMAC Freddie Mac matrix limits high-balance two-unit loans to 85% and three- to four-unit loans to 80% for the listed purchase / rate-and-term structures.
Can a purchase figure be used for cash-out?
No. Cash-out has separate occupancy and unit-count limits. Review the proposed purpose before using a leverage figure.
