Allowable Manufactured Homes

  • Must be permanently affixed to the lot and considered real estate under state law

  • Doublewide or multi-wide

  • Must be constructed on or after 6.15.76. Must have one or more labels attached to the home.

  • Min. 600 square feet and min. 12-feet wide

  • SFR, No accessory unit

  • Cannot have been previously installed or occupied at another site

  • Towing hitch, wheels and axles removed

  • No new construction

  • No refinance of interim construction financing

Conforming Restrictions

  • Purchase and R/T max. at 95% LTV, Cash-Out at 65% LTV and max. 20-year term. No MFH Advantage Properties.
