- SFR, No accessory unit 
- Cannot have been previously installed or occupied at another site 
- Towing hitch, wheels and axles removed 
- No new construction 
- No refinance of interim construction financing 
Conforming Restrictions
- Purchase and R/T max. at 95% LTV, Cash-Out at 65% LTV and max. 20-year term. No MFH Advantage Properties.
