Questions brokers ask.
Does a standard-conforming LTV carry over?
Not necessarily. The supplied Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac matrices have different high-balance limits, particularly for multi-unit properties.
What information should I confirm first?
Confirm the property’s county, unit count and applicable agency loan limit. Then review occupancy, income, credit and the underwriting findings for the proposed transaction.
