Zuma programs.
Three programs, each with its own matrix. Choose the documentation path, then compare Prime, Gold and Silver against the borrower’s full scenario.
Each card shows the program’s best score, LTV and loan amount; one loan may not get all three.

Questions brokers ask.
Are the documentation methods interchangeable?
No. For example, bank statements share a column with full doc in Prime’s primary matrix but use alternative-documentation columns in Silver. Use the specific program and method together.
How should I narrow the choice?
Identify the available income evidence, occupancy, loan amount, credit and housing history. Compare complete tiers rather than choosing by a single advertised maximum.
