The help center includes guides for wholesale brokers and non-delegated correspondent partners with an active JMAC Connect account. Follow the loan process from submission through closing, browse by topic, or check the recently updated guides.

Open the help center
Visit jmaclending.com/help or choose Help center from the Resources menu.Sign in with your JMAC Connect email
Use the email associated with your active JMAC Connect account. We’ll send you a six-digit sign-in code. On your first visit, complete a few details to finish setting up your website account. No password is needed.Find the steps you need
Choose your channel and browse the guides. For help finding instructions, enter your question in Ask JMAC.

Need to resend initial disclosures or send an appraisal payment link? Ask JMAC provides guidance from the help center and points you to the relevant guide. This help is available to signed-in JMAC Connect users.
Common questions.
Do I need a new password?
No. Your website account uses a six-digit code sent to your email each time you sign in. There’s no password to create or remember.
Who can read the guides?
Loan officers, processors and admins with an active JMAC Connect account at a company approved with JMAC. Sign in to the website with the email associated with that account to read the guides. Visitors can view an overview of the loan process before signing in.
What if I sign in but can’t open a guide?
Check that you’re using the email associated with your active JMAC Connect account. If you still need help, contact Client Support at clientsupport@jmaclending.com or (949) 390-2671, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PT. Your account executive can also help.
Where should I bookmark the help center?
Bookmark jmaclending.com/help for future visits. You can also find it under Resources in the website’s main menu.
Can Ask JMAC help with a guide?
Yes. Signed-in JMAC Connect users can ask how-to questions, such as how to resend initial disclosures. Ask JMAC provides guidance from the help center and points you to the relevant guide.
Are the wholesale and correspondent guides both there?
Yes. Choose Wholesale broker or Non-delegated correspondent to see the guides for your channel. The help center also has a separate section of Scenario Analyzer guides.
